Bar-B-Cutie Signs a 53 County Master Franchise Deal for North Carolina

Bar-B-Cutie Franchise Systems, LLC today announced its record month’s franchise sales. During the month of May, 4 single unit stores and a 53 county master was sold. The single units will open in Nashville, TN; Hays, Kansas; and Dallas, Texas. The 53 county master will open stores in the Wilmington, North Carolina area.
“Franchise sales have been right on target,” says Greg George. Greg’s goal of having 13 single unit stores operating in 2006, and an additional 20 commitments in 2007 is right on track. Greg’s marketing tool of “Get Your Bootie to Bar-B-Cutie” has captured tremendous publicity! This slogan has been captured on t-shirts and posters throughout the Bar-B-Cutie arena. He has also highlighted Bar-B-Cutie’s “Food That’s Never Been So Good Lookin” on POP posters that are displayed throughout their restaurants.
“We must have a solid foundation so that we can support our current and future franchisees,” states Ronnie McFarland, CEO of Bar-B-Cutie Franchise Systems, LLC. We are bracing for projected growth. We have recently hired a Director of Franchise Relations and a Director of Franchise Operations. They will come on board with us this summer.
Our corporate headquarters in Brentwood, TN maintains franchisee support. We recently implemented an effective classroom training for our current franchisees, which took place at our Brentwood headquarters. The majority of our franchisees have had no background in the restaurant industry and therefore need very thorough training. “Training is where our 56 years of combined restaurant experience are crucial,” remark Brett and Ronnie McFarland. “We train our franchisees in every aspect of this business,” finishes Brett. From location of the store to food preparation, hiring, advertising, personnel and accounting procedures, Bar-B-Cutie takes the time to equip each franchisee. A franchisee must complete thorough in-store training along with additional training in a classroom/office setting before he/she is ready to open a store.
