Pick ‘n Pay to buy Fruit & Veg City
Retail group Pick ‘n Pay announced on Monday that, subject to the fulfilment of certain suspensive conditions, an agreement has been reached in principle with the shareholders of Fruit & Veg City Holdings (Proprietary) Limited to purchase the entire issued share capital of FVC.
FVC is a specialist fruit and vegetable retailer operating throughout Southern Africa.
Pick ‘n Pay said that an additional announcement would be made to shareholders once the terms of the transaction had been finalised.
