An Irish takeaway brand is aiming to make its award-winning fish ‘n’ chips available to customers across Northern Ireland through the growth of a network of franchised shops. The turnkey franchise package has been developed with the guidance of Franchise Development Services (Southern) Consultant Gordon Patterson, and the company is now ready to roll out its franchisee recruitment programme.

This is a modern outfit where delivering top quality products and customer service are paramount. Earlier this year, the brand was presented with the Food Standards Agency Northern Ireland’s Eat Safe award, which recognises that the brand has gone above and beyond the legal hygiene requirements when preparing and cooking food.
A spokesperson for the company said: “We source the best produce and make as much of our own food on site as we can to ensure quality and freshness. We have worked hard to establish a good reputation for quality food and the proof is obviously in the eating.”
The company has already secured a number of suitable sites on main arterial routes with ample parking, and is initially looking for between 9 and 12 franchisees. Candidates must be serious about owning and operating their own fish ‘n’ chip business, willing to follow a business system, be enthusiastic, and enjoy working with people.
