Pet Waste Cleanup Leader Pet Butler Acquires Two Largest Competitors in Dallas Market

Pet Butler, the nation’s leading pet waste cleanup service, has acquired two of its biggest competitors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Pet Butler now offers service to more than 95 percent of the DFW area further solidifying its status as the largest pet waste cleanup service in the nation.
The buy-out of the two companies, Pet Janitor and Poo Poo Busters, strengthens Pet Butler’s position as the dominant company dedicated to the proper cleanup and disposal of pet waste, from residential yards, apartment communities, homeowners associations, and parks in the Metroplex and nationwide.
Pet Butler proudly bills itself as “#1 in the ‘#2’ business.” The company charges a small per-visit fee for its technicians to collect dog and cat waste, carry it away, and dispose of it properly. Whether in yards or public spaces, accumulated domestic animal waste can ruin lawns and present a significant source of water pollution. Pet Butler currently has operations in 12 states.
Pet Janitor and Poo Poo Busters together served a modest number of clients who received service once or twice a week. Pet Butler is the only poop-scooping company in the Metroplex large enough to take on a wave of new clients at once without interrupting service. The company’s ARF (Administration Routing and Franchising) data network and PoopNet mobile communications and monitoring system made it easy for Pet Butler to begin servicing the new clients immediately.
“Our clients are in good hands with Pet Butler,” said Julie Lussier, founder of Pet Janitor. “Pet Butler is well respected and offers impeccable service to its clients. I admire how Pet Butler has grown and am confident our clients will be well taken care of.
