PropertyGuys.com Adds Thirteen New Graduates
PropertyGuys.com Inc. is pleased to announce the largest Private Sale Professional (PSP) (TM)) graduating class in company history. Thirteen individuals from all the country attended the three day training session held on November 22nd – 24th, 2006.
Matt Eldridge, Director of Franchise Sales for PropertyGuys.com, states, “We are always pleased to add new franchise locations to the PropertyGuys.com team, but we were also extremely excited about the quality of the individuals joining our system”.
PropertyGuys.com has added over 35 new franchise units this year, almost doubling its system from the previous year. Mr. Eldridge also added that, “Due to a number of system enhancements we have added this year and considering what we are looking at adding during our national conference in February, the cost of the initial franchise fee is going to increase to reflect the growth of the system. This is great news for our existing franchise owners who have seen the value of their franchises dramatically increase year after year.”
