Wendy’s Managers Robbed Fellow Manager
Investigators in Hamilton County have made two arrests in an unusual case involving three fast-food restaurant managers.
Police said Mark Roberts, 20, of Avon, and Justin Workman, 23, of Indianapolis, both managers of a Wendy’s restaurant in Castleton, robbed another restaurant manager at a Wendy’s in southwestern Hamilton County.
Police said Roberts and Workman robbed the restaurant at 105th Street and Michigan Road in the Carmel area Friday morning as the store manager left to make a routine deposit.
The targeted manager ended up chasing one of the robbers, who was wearing black clothes and a black ski mask, police said.
Roberts and Workman were expected to have initial hearings Monday afternoon.
