Earl of Sandwich Expands Quick-Serve Restaurant Markets
(http://www.earlofsandwichusa.com), a quick-serve restaurant company, plans to accelerate the development of franchise partners within the United States, effective immediately.
Earl of Sandwich derives its name from John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, who in 1762 came up with an invention that changed dining forever. With beef placed between two slices of bread, the Earl created The Sandwich. Some 240 years later, Earl of Sandwich has taken that idea and crafted it into a made-to-order, freshly baked sandwich. By roasting its beef on the premises and adding its freshly baked signature artisan bread, Earl of Sandwich has a distinctly unique method resulting in an amazingly fresh, tasty sandwich.
“We created a business concept to provide great tasting, quality quick-serve food in a positive dining experience,” says Michael Grodi, President and CEO of Earl of Sandwich USA. “In just four years, our success has validated our plan to aggressively accelerate domestic growth. Our goal is to add over 100 restaurants per year, through both company and franchise expansion.
