The Coffee Club Townsville wins Franchisee of the Year Award
The Coffee Club’s Stockland Townsville franchisee Carolyn McManus has outshone more than 150 outlets across Australia and New Zealand to be named Franchisee of the Year for 2007.
She celebrated the massive achievement today with her dedicated crew of friendly staff.
“I am really blessed to have so many fantastic staff – they made this award possible,’’ she says.
“Even though I know it’s called the Franchisee of the Year award, it really is the entire franchise that’s the winner.
“Our hard working team led by our very professional manager, Nikola Paget, pride themselves on having a strong customer focus.’’
In winning the award, McManus receives the prestigious Franchisee of the Year trophy as well as a trip for two to the Netherlands to visit the home of world-leading coffee supplier Douwe Egberts.
The Stockland Coffee Club team also win a party to the value of $2,000.
