Pizza Fusion Leading Green Effort
FL-based Pizza Fusion, organic pizza quick service restaurant operator, is the latest to take a lead in the sector when it comes to “being green.”
The company’s first restaurant opened in 2006 in Deerfield Beach, FL. Its second location was opened by a franchisee in Fort Lauderdale that purchased an area agreement to open locations throughout the Miami area; Aventura and South Beach are expected to be on the menu soon.
Pizza Fusion just announced that it has partnered up with CB Richard Ellis’ Restaurant Specialty Practice Group to provide site selection services for the company. In its first year of franchising, Pizza Fusion expects 12 to 15 new restaurants to open, but it has already sold 50 franchises in NJ, PA, CO, GA, NV and FL.
