Jamba Juice buys 22 franchise stores
Jamba Juice has acquired the assets of 22 Northern California Jamba Juice franchised stores from Sanders Liquid Sunshine LLC and Vegas Liquid Sunshine LLC.
The company said Wednesday the purchase is part of its growth strategy to expand the number of company-owned stores.Emeryville-based Jamba Juice, a subsidiary of Jamba Inc., said it currently owns about 66 percent of its 640 stores, and has acquired 34 stores so far in 2007
