Fireman climbs ladder of success with N-Hance
N-Hance, a wood floor and cabinet renewal system franchise, has recently registered its 150th franchise territory. Anthony Rizzo, a career firefighter who resides in Morris County, New Jersey, and an existing franchise owner, has added a new territory to his N-Hance operations.
N-Hance has proven to be a very successful for me. Based on the results, it was time for me to expand,” said Rizzo. “My father was a cabinet maker; the business was a natural fit for me when I started 18 months ago.”
Rizzo has also recruited another fire fighter and a long-time friend, Tony Dolegowski, to each open N-Hance franchises. Dolegowski left Wall Street a few years ago to work closer to home and escape the corporate world.
“Tony has witnessed the growth of my franchise; the flexibility it offers and the demand for these services in northern New Jersey,” continued Rizzo. “The work is hard, but the results and gratification of working for yourself are great.
