Thai Minor to buy 50 pct of Australian Coffee Club
Thai fast-food restaurant firm Minor International said on Tuesday it would buy a 50 percent stake in Australia’s Coffee Club Holdings Pty Ltd for 660 million baht .
Thailand’s largest listed hotelier, which also runs global food franchises including Burger King and Dairy Queen in Thailand, said in a statement it expected the purchase to be completed by the end of this year.
