Franchisor Coach, will now be providing Personal Property Appraisals for business owners franchisees says Executive, Cathy Roesch, who has achieved the designation of CAGA Certified Personal Property Appraiser after completing the training and testing requirements for the Appraisal certification.

Credit underwriting has tightened so having a credentialed certified personal property appraisal just makes good business sense for the business owner and for the lender. Roesch adds “An appraisal mitigates risk. If there is a disaster having an updated certified appraisal on file expedites the insurance claim process. Lack of proving the insured’s loss to the insurer drags claims out and endangers the future health of the business as customers begin to use competitors products and services and form new relationships. The cost of getting that business back can be enormous”.
