Hunt On For Franchisee
An Auckland finance and factoring company is trying to recover $320,000 from former Wellington Signature Homes franchisee Tom Croad.
A High Court public notice directed at Mr Croad may provide little hope of recovering the money as most creditors have all but given up finding the elusive former contractor.
Easy Factors International Limited spokesman Peter Douglas said the $320,000 had been part of a loan facility related to the Signature Homes business Mr Croad abandoned.
Mr Douglas said they had had no luck finding Mr Croad but believed he was in Australia and were trying to track him down.
