The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is conducting a one-day Franchising business opportunities forum for small and medium enterprises and other investors in this city on November 21.

DTI Provincial Director Rolando Acuña said the forum will be held in coordination with the Philippine Franchise Association and Philippine Exporters Association-Zamboanga City chapter.

Acuña said the forum aims to stimulate the promotion and development of business through franchising and intends to bring together buyers and sellers of hottest money making franchises and business opportunities.

“It shall focus on healthcare and wellness products which have great appeal to export market,” Acuña said.

He said that other areas of interests shall be food business, beauty products and information technology.

He said a registration fee will be collected from each of the participants to help defray the cost for forum kit, meals and snacks and other forum expenses.
