Pub Food And Then Some At Boston’s

On paper, Boston’s Gourmet Pizza might not stand out from other pub food-serving establishments in the area. But on your table, it is anything but ordinary.
Coupe the large portions and the food that pops with flavor with the sports bar atmosphere, and the year-old restaurant has found its niche.
Managing Editor Heather Warthen and I took a visit to Boston’s, 7216 West 191st St., to check out what all the fuss was about with this Canadian outfit.
Boston’s originated in Canada, and after it had 250 branches north of the border, it set up a corporate office in Dallas, Tex. and started franchising in the United States.
The Tinley Park location is the only one in Illinois. Most of the country’s franchises are located in Texas and out on the west coast.
Heather and I felt thankful nearly immediately that Boston’s came to the Land of Lincoln. And it wasn’t just their gourmet pizza that impressed us. Full story.
