Qdoba Mexican Grill® Introduces Colorado To Its Spiciest Dish Yet: Chili Verde

Combining its passion for handcrafted meals, fresh ingredients and unique renditions of Mexican cuisine, Qdoba Mexican Grill® is proud to announce in Colorado today its new Chili Verde. Traditional Chili Verde, also known locally as green chili, is a soup or stew made from chopped roasted green chiles and served alone or over a variety of Mexican dishes. Qdoba’s new Chili Verde blends together jalapeños, green chiles, tomatillos, fire-roasted tomatoes and slow-simmered black or pinto beans to create their spiciest dish to date.
Qdoba guests can order a vegetarian Chili Verde bowl or add Qdoba’s seasoned, hand-shredded pork, which roasts for six hours before it’s ready to serve. Each bowl can then be personalized with one of five signature salsas, tortilla strips, cheese or lite sour cream.
