Brook Swientisky, Colorado/Wyoming Master Franchisor for G.J. Gardner Homes, announces a marketing agreement between his company and The Group, Inc., a Residential and Commercial Real Estate firm.
The Group has ranked in the top 100 Big Brokers Report published by RealTrends every year since 1991 and National Relocation and Real Estate magazine every year since 1999 and Realtor® magazine. It has been involved in 39% of all real estate sold in Northern Colorado. It was named top CARHOF (Colorado Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Fund) Contributor for Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® in 2008 by Colorado Association of REALTORS®.
“The Group’s extensive background, combined with the company’s impressive track record of selling new homes, makes this agreement especially advantageous to the first time home buyer,” says Swientisky.
Both believe that there has never been a better time to build a new home. “There is an unprecedented alignment of historically low interest rates, low building material costs and the $8,000.00 First Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit. This creates an incredible opportunity for entry-level new home buyers,” states Swientisky.
