Healthscreen Solutions Partners With Physiomed
Healthscreen Solutions Inc., the leading Canadian provider of physician practice enhancement services and electronic medical record software, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with Physiomed Health Inc, a Toronto-based company that operates health and wellness clinics in Ontario.
Starting with patients participating in DIAMOND, Healthscreen’s diabetes management program, with an eventual roll-out to all patients with chronic conditions, Healthscreen will offer its physician customers an easy and convenient way to refer patients to Physiomed’s WholeHealth experience. Patients will gain access to a wide range of health care professionals including physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and lifestyle management consultants. With 19 locations currently in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, Physiomed has clinics that can service upwards of 70% of Healthscreen’s Ontario customer base.
