Owner Brad Lobegeiger opened the franchise two months ago and said it would save homeowners and businesses both time and money.
“I opened the franchise because of the economic crisis and to save people money,” Mr Lobegeiger said.
“It is 100 per cent free for the customer and I am also available outside regular business hours.
“We review your bills and then shop around and research alternative services and see if we can save you money.
