Caribou Coffee Supports Cancer Patients

The Arabian Company for Coffee, the master franchisee for the popular coffee chain, Caribou Coffee, is donating 10 per cent proceeds from the sale of ‘Amy’s Blend’, a special coffee beans product, to breast cancer patients.
The blend, which earned notable reception thanks to its South African and American coffee beans, was first introduced in 1995 in tribute to one of Caribou Coffee’s chain members, Amy who passed away from breast cancer.
Since then, Caribou Coffee allocates 10 per cent of the proceeds made from Amy’s Blend, to support breast cancer patients, through awareness and education initiatives. The company has also distributed several donation boxes in its outlets in Jordan to collect donations for King Hussein Cancer Foundation.
The general manager of Vantage Capital Company, Hani Al-Sharif, maintained that Caribou Coffee has an ethical responsibility to always support similar initiatives and more.
