This New York operator is not affiliated with the Buffalo/ Cleveland operations but it does have more than a dozen locations in the Middle East in areas like Dubai, Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia. If Buffalo & Cleveland does not own active trademarks and proper registrations for "The Chocolate Bar" that is incredibly problematic for this or any new franchise business under the rules of law.
