Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill To Begin Franchising

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill said Wednesday it will begin franchising its “fast casual” restaurant concept.
The Centennial-based chain — founded in 2007 by Alon Mor and Ken Rosenthal — now has five open stores in the Denver area and plans to open 10 more in the next 14 months. Its menu includes Mediterranean-themed items such as hummus, falafel, chicken and steak shwarmas and salads.
“The franchising program will offer entrepreneurs an innovative and successful concept, and will give consumers the opportunity to experience our food outside the Denver market,” Mor said in a statement.
