TotalCare Expands Into Florida Market
TotalCare of North America, LLC, a Ridgefield-based residential property management franchise company, has expanded its franchise operation into southwest Florida, with an office in Naples.
This is the company’s third franchise expansion and its first outside Connecticut, after opening operations that serve Wilton, New Canaan and the Darien-Southport-Rowayton markets.
David Landers, co-owner of TotalCare, sees the southern U.S. ideal for expansion. “Southwest Florida was attractive to us due to the number of part-time residents with vacation homes that need a lot of coordinated property management services,” he said. “Our research showed that homeowners in this area are willing to pay for reliable, high-quality, professional services that are efficiently managed.”
