Potbelly Sandwich Works, the popular neighborhood sandwich joint renowned for its toasty warm sandwiches and hand-dipped shakes, announced today that it is providing Green Bay, Appleton, and Racine investors the opportunity to own and operate their own stores through a new franchising program.
